To support a Builder well, we collect information relevant to their learning. We aim to collect only what is needed.

Family and contact details you provide when enquiring or booking.
Information about the Builder relevant to learning, such as year level, school context, subjects of concern and language background.
Assessment responses and learning activity generated while using Foundry.
Coach notes and progress records created to support and report on learning.

How we use information

To build and update the Builder's learning record.
To personalize teaching, practice, and recommendations.
To measure and report progress to the Builder and their family.
To communicate with you about the Builder's learning and our services.

The role of technology and AI

Foundry uses technology, including AI-supported tools, to help assess learning, generate guided explanations and adapt practice. These tools operate on learning-related information to do their job. A human coach reviews and remains responsible for the Builder's learning.

We do not describe any data practice or safeguard that is not actually in place.

Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate Foundry, under appropriate obligations, and where required by law.

Data retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law, and we take reasonable measures to protect it.

Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law. You can raise any privacy question through the contact options in the footer.
