Weeks 1–2
Listen before solving
Meet a partner and understand the difference between a real need and an outsider's assumption.
Eight-week challenge studio
Help in a way the community actually values.
Why it matters
Service should be more than feeling helpful. Builders learn humility and responsibility when they listen first, work with local knowledge and deliver something another person can genuinely use.
Weeks 1–2
Meet a partner and understand the difference between a real need and an outsider's assumption.
Weeks 3–4
Choose a deliverable the team can complete well in the available time.
Weeks 5–6
Coordinate roles, respond to feedback and protect the dignity of everyone involved.
Weeks 7–8
Hand over the result, ask whether it helped and explain what should happen next.
Week-eight capstone
Builders present the completed contribution with the community partner, share what changed and hear direct feedback from the people the work was meant to help.
Where it happens
