Eight-week challenge studio

Cooking & hospitality

Bring timing, taste, teamwork and care together for real guests.

Why it matters

A meal makes planning visible. Builders have to budget, sequence work, respond to mistakes, communicate under time pressure and care about another person's experience.

What Builders practise

  • Planning and sequencing
  • Food safety
  • Budgeting
  • Taste and iteration
