Eight-week challenge studio
Make good decisions when the map is incomplete and the team is tired.
Why it matters
Outdoor challenge gives uncertainty a real shape. Planning, communication and resilience matter because the environment does not reorganize itself around the learner.
Weeks 1–2
Learn navigation basics, risk checks and how to prepare a team.
Weeks 3–4
Complete short routes where new information forces the plan to change.
Weeks 5–6
Rotate leadership and practise making calm decisions under pressure.
Weeks 7–8
Plan and complete a demanding final route with every teammate contributing.
Week-eight capstone
A timed navigation and problem-solving course where Builder and parent teams face the same sequence of field challenges.
Where it happens
The pilot's outdoor areas and carefully selected local routes around San Kamphaeng and Chiang Mai.
