Eight-week challenge studio

Strength & endurance

Discover what consistent effort can make possible in eight weeks.

Why it matters

A difficult physical goal makes progress, discomfort and recovery impossible to fake. Builders learn to pace themselves, encourage a teammate and distinguish a hard moment from a reason to quit.

What Builders practise

  • Goal setting
  • Movement quality
  • Pacing
  • Recovery
  • Team accountability
